When I was married I kept my PE purely stealth. Actually I think it’s the reason I never ended up with any ‘newbie injuries’ since I had to slowly work up my shower time and build my routine very slowly. You can definitely use the hot water as part of your warm-up, but you’ll also have to start your stretches off much lighter too, as they will be part of your warm-up routine as well. Don’t skip out on the stretches on an abbreviated workout, they are part of your warm-up and PE workout!
If memory serves me correctly, I started with 4 minutes of stretching and 3 minutes jelqing. I worked my way up slowly over time, adding 1 minute every two weeks or so, split between stretching and jelqing.
With this routine I was able to gain about .5” in about 6 months. No overly impressive but not bad. After I was separated and able to dedicate more time freely to PE I gained another 1” in length and .25” in girth over the next few months. The great thing about starting this slow is that I took over 8 months off and haven’t lost anything, all my gains were cemented. Actually I think I gained another 8th of an inch after stopping. (I don’t measure much anymore. 7.25” BPEL is respectable and while I am still serious about PE, if I never gain again I’ll be ok with it. I’ve accomplished what I set out to do, prove to myself that PE works and gained self confidence.)
If possible I’d be open about this with your partner. Depending on their views on sexuality you can bring it up slowly over time, you never know it might ‘spice’ things up a bit. ;) We sometimes have a much more conservative view of our partners’ sexuality than they actually have.
Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.
Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.
