Steady Gains with Newbie Routine

Has anyone ever made steady/consistent gains using the Newbie routine beyond an introductory 3-5 month period? I ask this because of being in school. The Newbie routine is about the max I have time for on most days (privacy issues) and I’ll be in school for 3 more years. Just curious. Thanks!

I can’t give you any names but do believe that, yes, consistent gains are possible with the newbie routine and variations thereof.

I did. Check my stats and my “Birthday success” post. Success! Birthday goal achieved. I did incorporate some squeezes as part of my jelqing routine and also fowfers for flaccid improvements but that’s about it. I am working on a new goal now and really only doing the newbie routine. I hope to hit 7.5 x 5.5 by the end of the year and it will be mostly newbie routine (that would be a one inch length x half inch girth improvement in one year).
