If your penis dosen’t hang bigger or look expanded after your jelq session or returns to normal size very shortly after does this mean you have either not done it correctly or over/undertrained that session?

Has anyone ever gotten gains and never had a big expansion post jelq?

As my cock always goes back to normal by the time I have finished the warm down or earlier. So, I’m wodnering what I’m doing wrong or it this ok?

I am a newbie myself, only been on it for two months.
I´m still learning and improving my jelqing, but I never get that bigger expanded look either.
But I have made some gains in both length and girth.
I am a “grower” so I naturally shrink up, I think that can be a part of the answer to.

Yeah I agree. I have the same issue. In fact, when I’m dry jelqing, sometimes I will just straight up lose my semi during the last 2 mins or so of jelqing. Part of this could be that my penis isn’t used to getting 10 mins of attention while masturbating, and after the first 8 mins, I guess it figures out that this is a workout. Does that make sense?

It’s about pressing too much blood into the penis, so it can only be a workout all the way.

I have grown with only a 40-50% erect penis or even lower without problem.

I ask a similar question a couple of weeks ago…

Maybe your penis does return to normal size, but what about its’ condition? On PE routine days I have noticed particularly when taking a pee, how relaxed my unit is- for quite a few hours. If I place my finger under my penis about half way along it just “flops” around it, this doesn’t happen to the same degree on my days off. Yet I find my penis returns to almost usual size too. By the way I’ve stopped peeing when I try this.

Just an observation I’ve noticed, try it on days on and on days off. Hope it helps.

It depends on how long you have been doing PE. As you progress through the Newbie routine you will be seeing longer fuller flaccid. The indicator in the flaccid dick is a hard cord like feeling to your dick. If this is the case take a few days off and resume PE.

For the sign of over doing it in the erect state is if your erection is not 100%. This is not a bad thing, it means you need to take a couple of rest days.

It seems generally accepted that a good sign is spongy, fluffy, full, heavy. Almost like the full feeling right when you start to get an erection, but it is still pliable and floppy.

A bad sign is a harder feeling, like there is a harder rubber cord in there, maybe like a bungy cord or rope. If you don’t know what Kingpole means, that’s great, because the feeling is unmistakable, you will know what he is talking about right away if you get it.

My spongy feeling often doesn’t come until the next day, or even a full 24 hours after a workout. Sometimes it comes after a couple hours.
Often I am just kind of “normal” immediately afterwards.

That is very descriptive and I can identify with that, although I don’t think I’d use the word fluffy!! I haven’t experienced any “cord” like or rubbery feeling. I think we newbie’s at first wonder if we are doing it right, and often it just takes some time to find out.

Yeah I’ve had that feeling many times in the past like my dick is so shrunk and feels solid. I done 50 jelqs last night at 80-90% erection no warmup or warm down, (dont know? why cause I was bored- meant to be a week off) and today it feels real stiff inside but still decent hang whereas the other day it was more spongey. I guess this means I overworked it with only 50 jelqs either due to A) no warmup/down or B) erection level too high. Ah well, good to know these things.

I think my aim of PE for the next month will be of expermentation to see how variables effect me? and what gives the best PI’s. Any growth a benefit!

I’m definitely a “grow-er” and I experience much longer, thicker, and venous flaccids after a good jelq session. I’ve only been at it for 3 weeks as well, but I feel like I’m on the right track. Definitely no bungee cord feelings.

I know this is old but just curious if anybody else experienced a jelly like feeling after getting in the groove of a routine?
