Starting with Just a Focus on Length

If length is my main goal, is it possible to start with just the stretches, or start with hanging?

I am having some EQ issues at the moment, so jelqing isn’t working out as well is it should; but I would still like to do PE while I sort this out.

Any and all advice is appreciated, thank you

Yes you can certainly focus on just length and only do the manual stretches. (That is the path I took.)

Hanging is considered an advanced exercise that SHOULD NOT be attempted until you get to know your penis better. We suggest three months of manual exercises before moving onto devices or hanging to get you familiar with how your body acts and reacts so if necessary, you can safely perform advanced techniques without injury.

It is very likely you will gain by manual stretching alone and it is entirely possible to go an entire PE career without needing to switch.

I suggest you start with stretches, also the poor the EQ the better for jelqing since you wont get hard while doing it. I have 10 months of PE experience, and I stil havent used devices.

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

Jelqing is done erect or semi-erect, actually.

If EQ is an actual issue I’d say go for the Newbie Routine and Kegel exercises for at least 3 months. Go slow and gradually build up frequency and intensity.

There is nothing against pure manual - most men gain with the Newbie routine. And jelqing is a kind of universal PE exercise that should be part of any routine IMHO.

I know. What I meant was that if he has weak EQ, it may be easy for him not to be hard while jelqing. If I read correctly, Jelqing while hard is more for girth than length.

You may find that gentle jelqing helps your EQ. Jelqing helps to make your penis more ‘pliable’ for stretching too, so if you can, at least do a little light jelqing.

I have been a longtime lurker of PE forums, but have finally reached a point in my life when I can finally dedicate the proper time and energy to it. I fear I may have peyronie’s which could be contributing to the EQ, so I am hoping I can at least get some length while I sort out my erection problems.

After three months, can I combine hanging with the newbie routine?

Yea I’m curious to as I am just looking for length as well.
