Starting With A Bang
Ok I’m eager to see results, but in order to do that I had to do a lot of research. Three days of that and I find myself ready to do this, but it got me thinking that there must be a better way than just stretching and squeezing alone.
So this question is toward you seasoned veterans out there:
What is the best pump out there? (Something that won’t break after a couple uses)
What is the best pill? (Not a miracle pill that just adds gains, which is clearly a scam. For the exercises this site promotes, I’m looking for something that will increase blood flow)
With the best pill & pump, I expect this to cut my results time down (not drastically but noticeably . .If that make sense.)
What exercise have you found work better than others?
What are some pretty common mistakes to be aware of?
I plan on starting with the newbie exercise with a bit of ADS until I “Level up my extra character maker” (my attempt at humor ).
And any advice, forum links (for education only please), or anything you feel like you need/want to share would be totally appreciated.
