Ok I’m eager to see results, but in order to do that I had to do a lot of research. Three days of that and I find myself ready to do this, but it got me thinking that there must be a better way than just stretching and squeezing alone.

So this question is toward you seasoned veterans out there:

What is the best pump out there? (Something that won’t break after a couple uses)

What is the best pill? (Not a miracle pill that just adds gains, which is clearly a scam. For the exercises this site promotes, I’m looking for something that will increase blood flow)

With the best pill & pump, I expect this to cut my results time down (not drastically but noticeably . .If that make sense.)

What exercise have you found work better than others?

What are some pretty common mistakes to be aware of?

I plan on starting with the newbie exercise with a bit of ADS until I “Level up my extra character maker” (my attempt at humor ).

And any advice, forum links (for education only please), or anything you feel like you need/want to share would be totally appreciated.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

The idea is that your penis adapts (toughens up in response) to whatever you do to it. So if you start with clamping then you will basically only be able to ever gain with clamping. Therefore, you do the lightest you can get away with (still grow).

Physical damage to pump components is not common, to be honest, never heard of any. The key to pumping is to get correct cylinder size, pump at low pressure and use constant heat. But for now, stay on beginners routine, to get conditioned.

Yes, pills don’t work. Tested 2 of them and they only make your pee stinks (lucky that they didn’t melt my kidneys). Not only pills, I land few of my hard earned cash in a ton of supplements … and didn’t notice a thing.

Anxiety is dangerous. Anxiety takes away the "balance" that is needed for sucess, in any matter of your life. Anxiety destroy everything.

Melo11, Bathmate already has a commercial account here at Thunder’s. I don’t believe they need your help in selling their product.
