I figured that it might be a good idea to find my LOT today, since I had forgotten.
And I got a 6. Is that normal for someone with NO PE experience. I realize this means the easy gains from lig stretches probably won’t come, which is disappointing to say the least. I was just wondering if other people ever start out this low.

And it’s not like I have a 6:30 or anything, the only time there is no visible tugback appears to be straight down…

Starting Stats: 6.6" BPEL x 4.75 EG midshaft.

First goal:7.5" BPEL x 5.25 EG.

Im also in the same position as you, but ive only just started some light streching and jelking. Ill be watching this thread.

I started also with a 7 LOT.4 months have passed and I can say that I have some very good gains.

The main thing for you is to remember that if you have a low LOT you should attack the tunica ( don’t stretch the ligaments).You should do some strethches..and that is all for now:)

I posted this in another thread but I think it might be more useful here,

I’m sure this has been mentioned before some where on this Website but I figured since my LOT is Low(6:00) and having a Low LOT you should stretch the Tunica to get most of your gains which would be stretching up, Then why Not Jelq up also, I tried it yesterday and felt the stretch alot more while Jelquing also I got pretty fatigued considering I usually bring myself to a full erection after jelqing and I could not at all. I feel pretty good that I made myself fatigued meaning I had a pretty good work out. Im going to continue this and see what type of results it brings.

I personally say forget the LOT theory for now and just attempt ligament stretching as best you can. If you skip this you’ll never know how well you might have done. If you really must know if it works, you’ll have to do the stretches without any tunica work. You could do both at the same time till you’re blue in the face. Are you pressed for time? Do you expect to stop someday?

When you say “stretching up” do you mean pull the penis towards the ceiling as opposed to down to the floor. I stretch in all directions. My goal is to get harder erections. My LOT is 8.

Also I don’t think I got a good handle on what the “tunica” is. Sometimes when I read medical jargon it turns me off and I can’t comprehend it.

You came through again MM. That is exactly what I have— a sissy tunica. This is why my erections never ever would get past the 8’oclock position. Maybe 9 if I was really aroused.

Thanks for the link MM. I didnt know that there was a layer around the CC and a layer around that.
