Started a reduced newbie program and was wondering if you had any hints how to work it one-handed?

Don’t PE until your hand is healed up. If you still decide to go ahead then you got no choice but to do everything with one hand. You can do fowfers to assist with length. If you’re experienced enough, do some light clamping sets to help with girth.

Good advice. You have not done any PE for this long in your life. Why not wait a few more weeks and do it right. Then you can combine wrist rehabilitation with PE. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I broke my thumb recently and an on the newbie routine, I just use one hand for the jelqs. I also do some fowfers as aom91 suggests.

You broke your thumb on the Newbie routine? Were you practising jelqing/stretching on your thumb?

You could always try hanging & start at a very conservative weight like I did—having a broken wrist shouldn’t be too bad, since you can just use your other hand to restore blood flow—between sets & after…

I’m not sure how you could jelq too effectively with just 1 hand—but something like hanging only requires light jelqs…

Or, you could try & get used to wearing an ADS—I figure that’s do-able with 1 hand.
