Hi all,

I’ve been doing PE exercises for about 2-3 years now. I very rarely get more than about 3-5 months under my belt before something stops me from PEing for a while and then I have to start all over again. I know the old adage that everyone is different, but I’ve never had any results from PE no matter what exercises I’ve done.

I used to do the JP 90 day routine to start up every time and progressively increase the exercises. I’ve never had any real pain or any injuries apart from skin stuff (a better lube sorted that). I normally do the kegel exercises at my desk in work twice a day

My main question is; if months and months of dedicated PE have never made a difference before, what can I do to improve now? I’ve just started up again but I’m finding the motivation hard to come by. Anyone got any help because I’m running out of ideas.

I know that 5 months is not a long time to some people here, but even a 1/8” increase would help my motivation but I’ve had nothing.

Well there’s no quick solution. Honest truth there.

If you keep getting hurt and see no gains pick a light routine and do it without ramping up. Your Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! should be positive. You getting hurt and not getting gains must mean at some point your Physiologic Indicators become negative.

I would recommend something simple like maybe my stretching routine. Lightweight Routine #1-Stretching and doing that 2 days on, 1 off.

Take it easy. Don’t stress. Don’t try to force gains. That’s really how it works best.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I don’t really get any pain or problems apart from the abraded skin which I sorted.

I looked at your PI stuff. I’ve never even considered quantifying stuff like that, it’s excellent thank you. I’ll look into the stretching routine.
