Starting Trouble

Am really happy to be here,well, to start off am new on this site, but have done the stretching and other exercises for 2 months exactly an year ago
Well I should say I say improvement, but couldn’t continue doing it
I want to start doing it again, so please tell me where to start?
Do I start again with the newbie exercises again, or should I start from something else
Please let me know
