I have done a lot of reading over that last couple of days, and have decided to start tonight with a very light routine. I plan to do 2 on 1 off of:
5 to 10 minutes warm up
Light stretches in all directions, 3 sets x 30 seconds
100 light jelqs, aiming for 5 second strokes
5 minutes warm down
Doesn’t sound like much, but who knows, it may be too much. I won’t know for sure until I’m at it. Wish me luck and I’ll report back tomorrow with any questions (and hopefully no concerns!). I may change to 1 on 1 off depending on how it feels and functions tomorrow.
