Hello guys, I don’t know if I’m able to write this in this forum area (forgive me if I’m not), but I would like to tell you guys my story and ask a few questions!
First of all, let me introduce myself! I’m lipe, Brazilian (Forgive my english gramatical errors! I’m trying my best), 21 years old (made 1 week ago).
My measures (I don’t know what exactly BPEL, NBPEL AND EG means.) are something around 6’75” and 5” inches, we use centimeters in Brazil, so its 16,5 16,7 centimeters.
I know this is not a small penis, and I lot of people and specialists say its normal, and that you can satisfy women easily with this size, but the point is: ME. I’m not satiesfied.

A healthy diet is important. Supplements are probably a waste of money. Maybe if you have a problem getting an erection but otherwise, avoid spending the money.

You don’t need any equipment, really. Just a good lubricant and a way to warm up your penis before starting, a facecloth and warm water will do. Check around the forum for Stealth PE threads, there are many because many people are in the same position as you.

I’m not that big as you thought! I’m using a centimeters->feet conversor LOL, so I might be 6”1”, this is not tall.. But my weight is around 218 pounds! I got an massive body in the lasts moments of my swim career! This was actually one crucial point that made me quit! I was a sprinter, and sprint is not about massive muscles, is about how strong you can get with the less weight and muscle possible! This way you can fly!

I’m 53 years old and started PE on my 53rd birthday. I gained 1” length and 3/8” girth (both erect measurements) from doing a newbie routine. It took 3 months of dedication but was worth every minute. My gains may not be normal so don’t measure your results based on them. I too am a big guy. I’m 6’2” and currently weigh 208 (I was overweight 1 year ago, 270). Even when I was super skinny my dick looked small since I was so tall. I will say this, I believe it takes the dedication and commitment of an athlete in training if you really want to see results. I can see that this shouldn’t be a problem for you since you are an athlete who trains already. Also, for me, the newbie routine did not add that much to my flaccid appearance. I started hanging after my 1st 6 months of PE and that has brought me the most in flaccid gains, but not too much in erect gains yet. I’m not necessarily suggesting that you start hanging, just letting you know what worked for me.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that PE will give you the size you are hoping for. Maybe you will have a much more confident life than I have had. Once you start, stick to it. Just another note, don’t measure too often. I did not measure at all during my newbie routine and I nearly fell over when I saw that I had gained 1”. Also, I suggest that you continually read these forums. I have found them to be VERY encouraging and have motivated me to continue when I was feeling that I was not having much success. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience here so take advantage of it.

I’ve posted this on my site so long that people are probably tired of it. Somebody sent it to me or posted it over ten years ago:
