Starting the Newbie Routine
Hi everyone! I’m new to the forum and PE in general.
I have been doing some “kegels” on and off (for the past 3 months or so) during urination. Stopping 3-4 times during urinating and then resuming my “flow”.
Given that I am a newbie I think it best to go with the newbie routine recommended on this site.
Which consists of -
Warm compress
Stretching
Jelq
Kegels
My questions are -
Is Jelq similar to “milking?” I’ve heard of a similar practice and “they” call it milking. However there is no erection and they advise you do not get aroused during the process. Is this similar? In the video the gentleman either had a very large penis or was somewhat erect.
When I do kegels I find that my anus contracts also. Is this normal? Sometimes I can differentiate the two but sometimes not.
I’m really glad I found this forum. The routines, exercises, and videos are very informative.
