Starting soon - just some questions
Hey, been attempting PE on and off for about a year now, but never really got any consistency going. Going to really give it a proper shot and stick with it this time. Just have one or two questions to ask first though.
1) Is it absolutely necessary to do stretching immediately before jelqing, or can stretching be done a few hours apart from jelqing? I’m asking because it would suit me better to have two shorter sessions as opposed to one long one.
2) I plan on using the newbie routine as it appears in the manual, however, I was wondering is it really necessary to increase to 600 jelqs over 6 weeks? Or maybe should I stick with 200 until I condition myself/start to see some small growth?
