Starting Something New
I’m thinking of starting a routine incorporating my favorite PE exercises on an A day / B day schedule. The exercises on my list are: Ulis, horses, v stretches, and bundled stretches. I’ll jelq and Fowfers stretch on both days, and on A days I’ll do ulis and v stretches, and on B days I’ll do horses and bundled stretches.
What do you guys think of this idea?
How many reps/sets should I begin with?
