Sadly, I haven’t really PE’d properly at all.. What I started doing was working a bit for one day and then taking a long break because I was “too lazy” to do it. :( I made a little bit of a gain, but I think that’s down to EQ as oppose to any actual gains. Hopefully I’ll be able to reach to my final goal of 7x6 (I figure that’s the typical goal for most anyway), but my current goal is: 6.5x5.5
I’m pretty underweight which is something I’d also like to change about myself but this isn’t really the place for that kind of improvement :P I gained 4kg since the start of this year but now I’m having trouble consuming enough food to increase that gain further.. Anyway, back to the topic at hand!
I’ll put up my current stats tomorrow morning when I measure before the workout. I’ll be following the newbie routine and fingers-crossed it’ll give good results. Buying PE equipment wouldn’t be ideal given my current living arrangements but that’s not something I’m going to worry about yet.
I don’t think I was planning on making very many posts on here but I need something concrete like this to keep me in check with the routine.
