Hi everyone, I’m not a exactly newbie but I was never too consistent with PE until now.

I’ve been doing manual PE (jelq+manual stretch) for 6 months and now I wanna try a extender, but I don’t know if I should stop my manual PE routine or if I could just add the extender to it.

I’m afraid of overtraining my penis, so I would like to know if someone who has used a mixed routine of manual PE + extender with success can give me some tips. And describe his routine ofc!

Anyway, any tips involving a extender routine would be rly appreciated.

I actually think continuing with the manual stretches is a good thing. If you are worried about over training (and that is a very valid concern) just ease into you extender time.

Manuals prior to the extender and start with an hour or two in the extender and add from there based on your PI’s.

I’ve been doing an extender focused routine for the past 6 weeks and have seen great gains from it! It took me about 2-3 weeks of messing around with the attachment to get a solid start however, so you might want to expect the same.

Personally, starting off, I would try to wear the extender for 1.5-2 hours per day. You will probably have to take it off every 15-30 mins due to slipping and/or discomfort, but eventually you’ll find what tension is best for you and what strap design is best. Also, always wear it at a comfortable tension so you can wear it for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour without any discomfort, and do not try to wear it at your max BPSFL. Personally for me, the best tension is the first line on the bar of my extender.

Once you get the hang of it, go for 4-6 hours a day. Do this at night when you are home and not out in public. Personally, I don’t think wearing an extender out in public is useful because you are not relaxed, therefore you cannot get the maximum amount of tension. Also try to use it every day, or the most amount of days of the week you can.

If you want, do VERY LIGHT jelqing. Do not overburden your penis by doing anything else extreme if your main type of exercise is using the extender. The extender will work, so don’t over train your penis by doing anything else over the top.

If your extender has marks for determining tension, I recommend you do not exceed 500 gr. for at least four weeks. Even after six years of extending. I rarely exceed 800 gr.

I also agree that manual exercises are a good suppliment to the extender.

Agreed with the above though I think the safe range is 600-900g (tiny difference).

One thing that is important is to measure the tension on your device at those marks, don’t take the manufacturers word for it.

Hey guys, I don’t know if my extender has these “grams marks” (because I’m still w8 for it to arrive at my place since I order it online) that you guys keep talking(and I keep reading on guides across the web). So, do any of you know how that 600-900g translates into how many inches or centimeters my penis should be extended? My nbel is about 6.4.

I have some other questions too.. Do you guys know about that head swelling technique? Is it rly important for better gains when extending?

And do you guys know someone who never made any gains in length or girth with manual PE but could gain with the extender? Because this is my case although I’ve trying PE for years.( the last 6 months I was just very consistent).

I had an extender when I first started and got up to where I was able to wear it for 6-8 hours (even while sleeping). I was doing mostly hand jelqs and found my hands getting quite fatigued. But this was not a very consistent program. I stopped because I started developing a bad habit of jerking off and watching porn which consumed most of my time (dealing with other life issues at the time). For me, that was unacceptable. I did see nice gains though (call it genetics). Gained 1.5in BPEL and 0.5 in EG (started with BPFL of 4.5 in with FG of 4.0 in and BPEL of 5.5 in with EG of 4.5 in ended with BPEL 7.0 in and EG of 5.0 in over 2 years off inconsistent PE).

Took about 2 years off.

I started back after that for about 1 year. Was using a jelqing device from a company that is out of if business now. I would stretch using that device and jelq while in the shower to saved timed and allowed the hot water to be my pre wrap session (did about 20 minute jelqing and 3 minute basic stretches). I saw really good gains of 0.5 inch BPEL length and EG of 1.0. Only took days off when my penis said enough.
I introduced the Bathmate Goliath into the mix and switched to the phallosan forte. After that year I ended with BPEL of 7.8 in and EG of 6.2 inches. Routine was more consistent than before but not time where it is now. Then I took another hiatus for about a year and half. But I was up to 10-12 hours of wear time with the forte and 30 minutes in the Goliath.

Now, round 3 of PE. Way more consistent. I’m using the phallosan again, the Power J Gym, and started doing regular kegel session (I’m up to 1 hour kegel sessions. I do them while processing things at work). I’m back to where I can wear the forte for 12-13 hours. And I do about 20 minutes jelqing sessions in the morning and 15-20 minutes at night with 2 rest days throughout the week from jelqing and one day of complete rest from PE on Saturdays.

I started back with BPFL 5.5 in and FG of 5.0 in and BPEL of 7.5 in with EG 5.5 inches (so, I lost a little gains during my time off from PE). However, after 3 weeks back in a regular schedule, I’ve gotten back up to FG of 5.5 in and BPFL of 6 in with BPEL of 7.75 in and EG of 5.75 inches.

This week I took about 4 days to let my penis heal and rest (had some small skin tears from jelqing sessions). Will start back on Sunday with the regular schedule. Some buddies of mine are doing Newbie routines at the same time so we discuss our experiences with each other on this new PE journey.
