Starting PE tomorrow.ANY TIPS
I’m planning to start PE ing tomorrow on the 1st of October and I want to know if I should start on the linear newbie routine and the normal one. I have both routines open on different tabs and what I can see is more jelqs on the normal newbie routine in comparison so which one should I commit to for the next 3 months minimum. Also id like to know if I will gain without the warm-up.Thanks in advance
