I’m planning to start PE ing tomorrow on the 1st of October and I want to know if I should start on the linear newbie routine and the normal one. I have both routines open on different tabs and what I can see is more jelqs on the normal newbie routine in comparison so which one should I commit to for the next 3 months minimum. Also id like to know if I will gain without the warm-up.Thanks in advance

Here’s a tip: go back and reread and pay attention to the numerous responses you’ve received to your other posts/questions. I have a hunch that if you get any new replies, they’ll probably be pretty similar to the ones already received.

Since you are going to commit for 3 months, try each method for several days and see which one you like better.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Take it really slow. Remember that your purpose is to cause stress to the tissues enough to stimulate growth. Not to see your cock redlining every session.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

For the newbie routines shouldn’t you stick with them for a minimum of 3 months regardless of results so as to condition your penis or after say a month can you up the kegels and jelqs you do?

Everything you’re asking, people have spoken pn before. Not just in replies you’ve gotten but MANY threads in the PE Basics forum. I recommend reading. There’s plenty of answers to your exact questions.
