Starting PE today!
I’m 18 years old and currently 7”x5.5”.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to reach 8” by jelqing and manual stretching alone? I would experiment with pumps and weights, but I still live with my parents and don’t think I could live down the embarrassment if they found that shit lying around….
Also, I have done a few searches but I thought I would ask anyway… do you have any recommendations for routines to achieve this goal? And any idea what kind of time scale I am looking at considering I won’t be hanging?
