Starting PE and Sex on the Same Day?

I planned on starting PE (the newbie routine) tomorrow, but there is an extremely good chance I could have sex that day. I know I can PE and have sex without issues, but since this would be my first day of PE, I’m wondering if I would be especially sore or something. If so, I’d rather hold off on PE one more day rather then miss what may be the only opportunity for my girlfriend and I to have sex for a long time.

I’ve found that there is more soreness after the second second consecutive PE session than after the first. I doubt that you will do anything that would interfere with having sex later in the day. But, if you are concerned about it, just wait another day before starting PE. This is a long term commitment (the PE, not necessarily the gf), so one more day is not going to matter.
