Starting PE after hiatus
I heard about jelqing a few years back, and I gave it a shot. I jelqed for a few months, and saw no gains so I gave up, only to resume subsequently a month or two later. And cease yet again a few months in, due to no gains. This was in 2010, I believe. I am thinking about starting up PE once again, but still am a bit skeptical. I am not undermining the validity of PE; it is just that it never worked for me. Perhaps it was due to my lack of dedication and consistency, or my quick escalation concerning the amount of coercion issued over a short period of time. I have read others post about their 1” gains a month or two into starting PE, however, and was discouraged after seeing no gains 3-4 months into starting PE. My LOT is at 6:00, and according to Bib’s theory, it is harder for one starting with a lower LOT to make gains than one with a high LOT. Considering my low LOT, I conclude I must stretch my tunica, but it’s tedious to stand and pull my dick up for however long.. I heard about hanging in the upper angles. When I hear this, I think of hanging upside down while stretching so that the stress would be focused on the tunica. There has to be a more conventional method than that, I presume.
Anyways, given my current predicament, gains seem like a long term goal. I was wondering what routine I should use since I have some experience in PE in the past, my low LOT and constrained leisure time.
P.S. I am seeking for both length and girth gains. Predominantly length.
