I stopped peing for the last month and a half due to summer and kids home from school I want to start again. Do I need to start with the newb routine again before I took the brake I had pe’ed for about four months.

Also I have not measured but will I loose all my gains that I had

Those of you who have kids at home, how do you fit your peing into your schedule and I also work nights and the wife works swing shift.

I don’t have kids but I live with other people, who at times just barge right in. Oh well, that’s on them!
After the kids are in bed.

Do it in the bathroom and lock the door.

Take longer showers.

The steam from the shower can count as a warm up.
While in the shower do your stretches.
When you get out lube up with hair conditioner.
Get in about 50-200 hundred slow jelqs.
The left over steam in the shower acts like a warm wrap.

When you are in bed kegel.
People have gained with as little as ten minutes of stretches and jelqing.

If your wife catches you tell her your doing these exercises to prevent erectile dysfunction, you don’t want to get it, this is a preventive measure.

If your kids walk in tell them next time to knock before entering.

If you have been stopped for six weeks, most of your conditioning will have gone. Start with the newbie routine again and take it easy. You will condition faster than you did originally. Any gains you lost will come back quickly, and after a break is a great time to get new gains; they are easier before you get conditioned again, so don’t be in too much of a rush to get conditioning back.

I agree, start over with the newb routine and take it easy. I took a 10-week break and the newb routine was plenty for starters.

I say continue your normal routine but at a lighter less intense one. Think of your break as a decon break. Would you start again after one?

But you do what you have to do.
