I started PE’ing December ‘04 and continued until the next November, so basically about a year. My starting stats were 7in/5. Girth. .Since November I PE’d only a few times.maybe once or twice a every two weeks I am now 7.25in/5.25. I recently started my work outs again and wanted to know if I would experience a more difficult time with gains due to my PE past? How long should I wait to start clamping again? After jelqing is it safe to stretch? When is it not safe to stretch?I know it’s unsafe to stretch while erect.is this the only time? I would appreciate any questions, comments, concerns or suggestions from you guys. Thanks.
