Starting over, starting light
Recently after exams were over, I decided to take a break. Partially it was the lack of the always hot dorm showers, but there was also the lack of as much private time. Additionally I read Thunder’s during my study breaks, and began to understand more about how gains are achieved. This made me realize that I was increasing to quickly and developing stronger penile fiber.
So I took about a month off and I’ve started again. But this time much lighter than before. I’m hoping to only increase when the gains stop. That way I maintain 100% EQ the whole time and delay the strengthening of the tissues.
Routine (5 on 2 off):
10 minute warm up in the shower
Stretches underneath the hot water
4 x 8 rotary cranks R,L,R,L direction
6 x 30 second directional stretches with kegels
5 minute warm up and warm up between jelq sets
3 x 40 jelqs downward with kegels
5-10 minute warm down
Measuring every 3 weeks to see if even minor gains are achieved. If no gains then increase rotary cranks by 2 rotations per direction and 5 seconds per stretch. Also increase jelqs by 10 per set.
Somewhere I had read that the tissue will regain its strength much easier now, but I still believe that gains can be achieved more efficiently this way. I did see a bit of shrinkage during the break unfortunately. However after restarting light I have seen amazing hangs post session. EQ is high as well. Initial PI’s are positive so hopefully I’ll see my previous measurements back.
