I have been wanting to commit to this for along time but didn’t see results at first using a program similar to the newbie routine here. That was probably about 10 years ago. So I got frustrated and stopped. Then I restarted a few years later and got an extender. I didn’t see any results from that except after taking it off. But that was mainly because I didn’t have the time to put into it. I never had success wearing it under clothes so being a family man there is only so much time I have in private. Next I got a bathmate. Had a lot of problems using the extender and bathmate together and would have to take months off after only a few sessions. Ultimately I stopped everything.

Fast forward to the last few months after several years hiatus. I took the head of my extender and hang weights from it. I follow that up with bathmate session. The following day I have a slightly larger flaccid so at least I’m seeing something.

Now 15 years and my wife swears she’s happy with everything. But I’ve always been self conscious. After all of this time things have slowed down in our relationship as most do. I would really like to get going on this and hope it gets her going again. I am right around 5” NBPEL.

I also have a small flaccid and honestly that might even be more important to me than erect gains. I know it’s a mental thing. But whether it’s at the dr’s, the gym, getting a massage, etc, I would really like to have something I was proud of instead of embarrassed of.

So my question is what do I do? I thought I read somewhere after one of my previous breaks that once you start doing all of the things I’ve done the newbie routines and gains are probably kissed goodbye. I still don’t have the time for an extender unless its about an hour and again I read that unless you do an extender for many hours you are wasting your time. So should I keep up with hanging followed by bathmate I guess is what I’m wondering.

Also thinking of getting a stealth for men to wear while I’m at work.

First, if you have never had any “newbie gains”, they cannot possibly be “kissed goodbye”. The problem you have had is a lack of a plan, and a lack of a routine/regimen/schedule. I would make sure you have had several months completely free of trying to do these exercises. Then I would put together a workout routine, something that would take 20 to 30 minutes to do, and commit to doing it five times a week. You have to look at your daily routine and figure out Where and when you will have the time to do PE. Consistency is key! 20 minutes a night four or five times a week will likely yield results, but 40 minutes twice a week will result in nothing but a sore penis, and possible injury. My first workouts consisted of a 5 minute warm-up, 5 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing, and then a hot shower as my warm down. I was able to wear an extender for a few hours afterwards, which you may or may not be able to do. But you need a strategy, a plan for your PE. Workouts don’t have to be super long or complex, but they do need to happen on a consistent basis.

The equipment you have bought yourself is just fine, but probably not necessary. The Bathmate is a great warm up tool. Not what it was designed for, but if you fill it with warm water, put your willy in there and give it a couple of pumps, you can just hang out in there for 5 minutes and it’s a great warm up. Stretch and jelq away after that. The extender? My advice there, is IF you can wear it after your workouts for an hour to four, go ahead. But start with the arms an inch and a half shorter than your BPEL. I know that seems pointless, but gently encouraging you penis to grow in a slightly longer than regular flaccid size will yield far greater results than trying to FORCE growth by keeping some kind of painful stretch going. First thing first fix your health second thing just search up some PE videos on the internet you can find it in this website too !And third it takes time and it can be slow or fast for me it was pretty fast because I mixed it with a good diet and some exercises ! It depends on you !

Time and it will grow !If you are lazy and don’t do it sometimes when you need it will not grow because it’s like training your body !Train 1 week and stop for 2 weeks what will happen ? Absolutely nothing you need to train it at least 2 weeks to see your first gains !

Wow you sound a little like me in terms of where you ended up years later with a bunch of money on PE tools.
Raybaby is right in his advice I’d add put away the BM and use your hands for now, your gonna toughen up your dick and you may make it tough to gain with continued use at this point. It’s what happen to me, at least as far as length gains go. Get it back out in time and use it as Raybaby said warm up/warm down tool also eventually if you shower in the morning it’s a nice way to stay pumped up thru out the day. It’s just not a stand alone tool.

Stop doing this, hanging may be a great way to gain length and even girth but 1- your no where near conditioned for it by the sounds of it judging by this…..”I had a lot of problems using the extender and bathmate together and would have to take months off after only a few sessions.”
2- hanging weights from your gland or head as the weight goes up is never a good idea.

She most likely is, Ive been with my wife for 16 years, 11 of them married with many highs and lows. I believe her now when she tells me she more then happy with my size. All relationships have peaks and valleys, learn to ride that climb up the peak and truly appreciate it.

Follow a good manual routine with plenty of stretches and be consistent that’s really the best advice any of us can give you at this point in your PE journey. Since the newbie didn’t work…..modified it to your penis and life schedule. Good luck and don’t give up this time

Can PE have an effect over our kids ?

So I been thinking will PE have an effect on my future kids ? And how ?because I heard that DNA do remember everything that you done right ?

And do bigger vagina makes the future in case male have bigger penis ?I see allot of people saying that horses have bigger penises because the female horse vagina is very big and deep so evolution had to make their dongs Little bit bigger is it true ? Thank you for the answers I know it’s kinda weird question but it was on my mind for a long time !
