Hello!

I tried the newbie routine for some weeks, but then I took a break in August. In fact, I think I gained a cm or so in length. I have some stretching marks, is it dangerous? It looks kind of silly, I think. Now I want to start from “scratch”.. Maybe with the newbie routine. The main things I want to focus on are: Lenght, harder+longer erection. I don’t want to get injured, so I should take it slow? You guys have any tips? :)

A great tip is make sure you always warm up for a good amount of time.. 3-5 mins, which prevents injurys. and warm down after your workout.

Going back on the Newbie Routine is a good idea. The kegels, in particular, should help with erection quality. Also, read this: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. Paying attention to PI’s will help you avoid overtraining and injury. You can find some other general tips under point #5 of The Tao of PE for Newbies.
