Starting Out
Hi all,
As you can see, I’m a long time lurker. I’ve started PE many times but my involvement with it usually ends within a week or two. This time, I’m trying to be more dedicated by actually posting. I’m also visiting Thunder’s Place almost every day to remind myself that I need to do my exercises.
I’m around 3-4 weeks into the routine which consists of:
5 min warm wrap
3 sets of 30 second stretches in each direction OR 2 sets of 2 minute stretches in each direction
12-15 minutes of wet Jelq at 40%-60% erection level, about 4-5 seconds per jelq.
Hot shower to warm down
Then I do random kegels before I go to sleep (Random meaning I kinda do whatever I feel like at the moment; 1 second kegels, 3 second kegels, kegel and hold for 30 secs, etc)
I do PE 4 times a week, not really focusing on the exact day, as long as I hit the quota e.g. I might do it on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.
My starting stats are 5.9” NBPEL and 4.9” mid shaft girth. I measured after I jelqed though, so the figures might be inflated (pun intended :p ). My short term goal is to consistently be able to measure 6” NBPEL and 5” mid shaft girth by end of August and my mid term goal is to hit 6.5” NBPEL and 5.25” mid shaft girth by the end of the year.
A couple of questions:
1. What’s the purpose of measuring flaccid stretched length? Does it show something that I’m not aware of, since I’m a newbie? Similarly, what’s the purpose of measuring base erect girth?
2. I jelq with a pretty firm grip, and after around 8-9 minutes, my penis starts feeling really “nice” from the jelqing. I don’t mean the “I’m about the ejaculate” nice, but more like it starts to feel like what a penis being jelqed should really feel like (to me anyway). Unfortunately, it takes about 75% of my current workout. Question is, should I go another 10 minutes from that point? Should I increase my erection level?
3. Is my kegel workout ridiculous? And if it is, any recommendations? I know the newbie routine says 50 5 second kegels, but why these numbers? It’d help me psychologically if I knew the reasons for doing it.
