Started for real yesterday, going to try to figure a way to work this into my change in lifestyle that’s about the happen.

I have pics stored away now, guess it’s time to see if this business works over the next few months.
I’m going to probably just be doing jelq, regular stretches, and kegels.
Even on the 2nd day, I’m noticing an improvement in kegels which might be due to the fact that I can locate it easier now and that I’ve already done a few hundred. I’m having trouble doing the squeezes, but I assume that’ll be shortlived. I’ve done kegels in the past and noticed a difference, but I’ve never had something to continually motivate me. I think setting a date is what will motivate me, so May 9th is when I will measure again. If I’ve even gained .25”, I’ll post pictures to show progress and also more details about my body and what stage of my life I’m in.
