Started for real yesterday, going to try to figure a way to work this into my change in lifestyle that’s about the happen.

BPEL: 6.3”-6.5”, depends if head is swollen or not
EG: 4.4”

I have pics stored away now, guess it’s time to see if this business works over the next few months.

I’m going to probably just be doing jelq, regular stretches, and kegels.

Even on the 2nd day, I’m noticing an improvement in kegels which might be due to the fact that I can locate it easier now and that I’ve already done a few hundred. I’m having trouble doing the squeezes, but I assume that’ll be shortlived. I’ve done kegels in the past and noticed a difference, but I’ve never had something to continually motivate me. I think setting a date is what will motivate me, so May 9th is when I will measure again. If I’ve even gained .25”, I’ll post pictures to show progress and also more details about my body and what stage of my life I’m in.

You are doing squeezes?
Start out with the newbie routine and forget about advanced excercises until you finish 3 months on it.

And don’t overdo it or incorporate advanced excercises sooner because chances are you will see newbie gains, and you don’t want your dick to become too conditioned too soon.

I wouldn’t put measuring off until May. One of the biggest physiological indicators in PE is whether you’re actually gaining, losing or neither. But also I am an immediate gratification kind of person myself, so if I measure too often I get discouraged when I haven’t gained from my workout the night before. ;P

Try dropping the measure time down to a month, instead of five. You may or may not see gains the first month or so, but if you start losing you know you’re definitely doing something wrong. I would suggest doing a search of how often the vets recommend measuring. In fact, I think I’ll do that for myself right now. But, IMO, five months is way to long to wait.

Firstly, there’s no probably about it. You should be doing the Newbie Routine and nothing else right now.

Squeezes are an advanced exercise, so cut these out right now if you don’t want your PE life to be short lived.

Like spacedude86 says, don’t leave the measuring till May, you need to make sure that everything is going OK, so take a measurement every month, that way you’ll know that what your doing is working.

Welcome aboard bummin.

I’m just going to suggest not picking a specific date for measuring (May 9th). My personal opinion is that we have good days and bad. Whether it’s running, lifting weights or getting a hard on. Some days you just might not be all you can be for various reasons. Listen to your body and when you’re having a good penis day then measure.

Sorry, by “squeezes” I meant holding the kegels for 3 seconds.

Lol Guess there are many more “squeezes” out there eh?

As per measuring date, yes, I agree, I’ll probably end up measuring strategically on anytime the date is something with the 9th!

That’ll be better.

Oh, well never mind then.
