First post here and I’m really excited that I found this place!
I’ve always thought that my penis was way too small. During my teenage years just around puberty I was really eager for my penis to start growing and I looked at it everyday to see if something had started to happen. But nothing ever did, at least that’s what it felt like. I was always picturing myself having one of those big blobs hanging between my legs that I saw on my classmates.
Around 18 I realized I was going to be small-dicked for my whole life and tried to accept that fact.
In later years (I’m 30 now - what a waste of good PE years!) I realized that I’m probably just around average in erect state. Sex with the gf is good and she often complements the penis.
My flaccid penis I still hate though. It just looks plain silly and I still envy other people’s packages.
Anyhow, one day last week I accidentally stumbled upon an article claiming Justin Bieber had paid for a PE treatment with a stolen credit card. I sceptically started searching the topic (PE, not stolen credit cards), with the words ringing in my head that there is no way to enlarge a penis. Pills are bogus and surgery is dangerous. But then - bang! There was a link to a forum post by a guy named “Newbie” claiming he enlarged his penis using only manual exercises. The post obviously was on these forums.
I started to read for hours and hours all of the material posted here and, as I said initially, got really excited that there actually is a way to enlarge your penis and that it actually seems to work.
I realize though, that it might not happen to me or that it might take a long while before seeing any results. I am willing to give it that time though. It feels like I all of a sudden have some sort of hope of one day having a penis that I am pleased with. And I’ve longed for that for over 15 years now.
So, this is what I’ve got and what I’m planning for.
LOT: 9-10 I think, haven’t quite figured this one out yet.
The reason why I’m trying to find a measure for pure flaccidness is that I feel that it is the place where I really want to see some improvement. I might end up using a comparison tool instead.
I have no idea at this point if these goals are likely in any way. But I guess I have to start somewhere and then adjust as I learn more!
Increase in girth of both the erect and flaccid penis and improvement of the general look and feel of the flaccid penis is what I’m hoping for.
My initial routine looks a little something like this (including just trying to get a hang of the techniques):
5 days on 2 days off (goes well with my long distance relationship status where I only see the gf during weekends).
- 5-10 min warmup using hot towel
- 10 min of stretching, mostly downwards
- 10 min of gentle and very flaccid O-bends
- 10 min of wet slow-as-I-can jelqing with not too much pressure
- 10 min of stretching, warm down and cleaning in the shower
- Kegels throughout the day at random times

One question that I have is whether I should do my routine in the morning or just before bed. Both fit my schedule. I have a theory that doing it just before bed would be better since the body is healing more during sleep and the penis is warm and nice under blanket. Any thoughts on this?
PS. I can’t believe Justin Bieber got me into PE, lol.
