Hello!

First post here and I’m really excited that I found this place!

I’ve always thought that my penis was way too small. During my teenage years just around puberty I was really eager for my penis to start growing and I looked at it everyday to see if something had started to happen. But nothing ever did, at least that’s what it felt like. I was always picturing myself having one of those big blobs hanging between my legs that I saw on my classmates.

Around 18 I realized I was going to be small-dicked for my whole life and tried to accept that fact.

In later years (I’m 30 now - what a waste of good PE years!) I realized that I’m probably just around average in erect state. Sex with the gf is good and she often complements the penis.

My flaccid penis I still hate though. It just looks plain silly and I still envy other people’s packages.

Anyhow, one day last week I accidentally stumbled upon an article claiming Justin Bieber had paid for a PE treatment with a stolen credit card. I sceptically started searching the topic (PE, not stolen credit cards), with the words ringing in my head that there is no way to enlarge a penis. Pills are bogus and surgery is dangerous. But then - bang! There was a link to a forum post by a guy named “Newbie” claiming he enlarged his penis using only manual exercises. The post obviously was on these forums.

I started to read for hours and hours all of the material posted here and, as I said initially, got really excited that there actually is a way to enlarge your penis and that it actually seems to work.

I realize though, that it might not happen to me or that it might take a long while before seeing any results. I am willing to give it that time though. It feels like I all of a sudden have some sort of hope of one day having a penis that I am pleased with. And I’ve longed for that for over 15 years now.

So, this is what I’ve got and what I’m planning for.

Now:

BPEL: 6.5
EG: 4.9
FL: ~3.9
FG: ~3.9

LOT: 9-10 I think, haven’t quite figured this one out yet.

The reason why I’m trying to find a measure for pure flaccidness is that I feel that it is the place where I really want to see some improvement. I might end up using a comparison tool instead.

Goal:

BPEL: 7.5
EG: 6
FL: ~6
FG: ~5

I have no idea at this point if these goals are likely in any way. But I guess I have to start somewhere and then adjust as I learn more!

Increase in girth of both the erect and flaccid penis and improvement of the general look and feel of the flaccid penis is what I’m hoping for.

My initial routine looks a little something like this (including just trying to get a hang of the techniques):

5 days on 2 days off (goes well with my long distance relationship status where I only see the gf during weekends).

- 5-10 min warmup using hot towel
- 10 min of stretching, mostly downwards
- 10 min of gentle and very flaccid O-bends
- 10 min of wet slow-as-I-can jelqing with not too much pressure
- 10 min of stretching, warm down and cleaning in the shower
- Kegels throughout the day at random times

One question that I have is whether I should do my routine in the morning or just before bed. Both fit my schedule. I have a theory that doing it just before bed would be better since the body is healing more during sleep and the penis is warm and nice under blanket. Any thoughts on this?

PS. I can’t believe Justin Bieber got me into PE, lol.

Welcome to the PE club. It’s more of lifestyle than anything else. If you can’t put the time in you probably won’t see any gains. Make sure you take really good beggining measurements. I would measure several times the first week and use the absolute best measurement that way when there are future increases you can know with certainty that they are legit. Also make sure you read the newbie routine and follow it to the T. It’s a really good routine. I started about 1 year ago and allthough my gains have been good by PE standards at first I thought it would be easy and that I would be huge in no time. You’re best friend in this crazy world of PE is time. If you can wait the year to see results and have the dedication to follow a routine you will see gains. All my gains came from a mostly manual only routine so don’t go crazy trying to clamp or hang or antyhing like until you give a manual routine a good solid try.

I basically used the newbie routine as a template. The times I stated include a lot of re-gripping and messing about so I don’t think (hope) I’m over doing anything.

Also I added the O-bends. Do you think it’s a bad idea to do these from the beginning? I read in the original thread that they’re supposed to be fairly newbie safe.

Try not to stray too far from the newbie routine, it is (as they say) tried, tested and true.

You don’t have a small penis at the moment so also work on seeing yourself for what you are.

Troubles figuring out your LOT come from the flaws in the theory itself. Disregard LOT. It may sound good at first, but in practice it offers no insight into gaining at all. That is my opinion.

So I’m about two weeks in and thought I should post my initial experiences.

I’ve lowered the overall intensity of my routine to be something like 10 min warm up with rice sock, 7-8 min stretch in different angels, 50-60 slow jelqs and 10 min warm down. Working hard on technique!

I also do kegels whenever I remember too. At first I could only hold them for a split second, but now I’ve become somewhat stronger and can do 5-10 seconds of holding.

Visually I feel my flaccid is generally somewhat better/larger.

My initial erect measurements in this post were a little low I think. I’ve decided to start from 17 cm BPEL (6.7”) and 12.5 cm MSEG (4.9”). I’ve been able to measure 17.4 cm BPEL and 12.8 cm MSEG but I won’t take that as official gains. They might just come from bad measuring or better EQ.

Also my girlfriend made a comment after sex last night about how she could “really feel” me. She hasn’t said anything like that before and we haven’t seen each other since I started doing all this.

BUT! The most important improvement after finding this site is how I feel about myself and how I feel about my penis. I don’t feel bad about myself anymore and I dedicate that feeling to everyone who’s contributed to this forum. After reading all of your stories I know that there is absolutely nothing wrong with me (except some frenulum breve, but that can easily be fixed!) and really, that’s sort of what I looked for in the first place. Will still continue PE though!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the improved self perception. Your starting stats (erect) are nothing to be worried about, and a lot of guys report improved flaccid as one of the first visual gains they see. All in all, I’d say you’re doing great. Keep going!

Nice job fgtttt, keep up the good work and nice to see you are working on technique before adding in more exercises. So many people do the complete opposite and actually end up hindering their gains.
