I’ve read the nooby methods and wanted to get some pointers on how to start PE, I am currently 6.5 BPEL and 5.0 girth when hard. My goal is to have a size of 7.0 BPEL length by the 1st of October this year as I am going to uni ^ ^

Should I just start on the nooby routine or could anyone give me advice on how to achieve my goal of a 0.5 /0.6 gain in length in the next 3 mouths!

This goal is achievable right ?

Newbie Routine. Newbie Routine. Newbie Routine. Why? Because you have to condition your Unit.

Newbie routine for sure, anything else and I would think your unit may be injured due to lack of conditioning. You’ll I consider myself an average gainer and in about 3 weeks on the newbie routine I’ve gained about 0.25” erect length. Consistency is key!


Start May-28-09 --- BPEL 5.875/EG 4.75/NBPEL 5.125/FL 3.00/FG 4.00 *Oct 24/09 --- BPEL 6.750/EG 4.875/NBPEL 5.875/FL 4.000/FG 4.250*

Short Term Goal --- BPEL 7.000/EG 5.000

Long Term Goal --- BPEL 7.500/EG 6.000

Yes, the Newbie routine for 3 moths should suffice.


Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

Next week is my 3 month measurment of doing the Newbie routine. If I didn’t gain a half inch, its going to be very close. I gained a 1/4” in the first month. I(we) can’t stress it enough, do the Newbie Routine. Get started and good luck.

Yes, that goal is achievable, and its true that you should start in newbie routine, because if you don’t and move on to a more advance routine your unit mite be damage instead of correctly grow.
