Hi guys new to the forum

Just want to get started in this sort of thing, where should I start, as in what exercises should I do

Is there a page with explanations of exercises and how often I should be doing them etc

Quick question, if doing the newbie routine, I heard people will still manual stretch on off days due to the muscles you are working are ligs instead of the erectile tissue, would this be a good idea or bad idea?

I’m curious about stretching on off days too?

Do the vets think it’s ok for people just starting out to stretch on off days?

Not if you are a newbie. They are called off-days for a reason, I presume. When one has some months of consistent PE experience, he should be able to understand by himself.
