Hi all!

I’ve had some PE experience in the past but nothing that lasted more than a month or so and didn’t produce any discernible results (any of which I probably lost anyway)

So I’m at it again, this time for a year and then from there I’ll evaluate. My routine currently consists of the following (2 days on, 1 day off)

10 minute heat sock warm up
5-10 mins stretches/bundled stretch mixup
10-15 mins wet jelqs at like 80% erection (I counted how many I did once and I hit the 100 mark at about 8-9 minutes so extra is a bonus)
2x5 mins Bathmate Hercules, pumped to maximum capacity (so I feel uncomfortably engorged, but not painful)
10 minute heat sock warm down
Usually a few mins of manual stretches throughout the day just to avoid the turtle and keep myself limber
Some bed fowfers when I’m in bed for good measure

I’ve been doing this for about a month now. EQ has shot up enormously, don’t know about length gains yet and kind of want to avoid measuring until the year is out (although I realise how hard this will be haha)

I pretty much always get the little red dots after I pump but they always appear to have gone by the next day.

My flaccid hang is much more plump and my piece feels heavier in general in my underwear (probably the Bathmate).
What I did measure yesterday was my current girth, then I used the Bathmate, did my warm down and then measured again and I had gained 1/4” in middle flaccid girth (coincidentally, my MEG is only 4.75” so to have my piece looking fatter and not even hard was awesome - I hit 5”).
I know this is temporary for now though but to see the increase was nice :D

Starting stats are:

6.5” NBPEL
4.75” MEG

There we go.

I’m gunning for 8” NBPEL (or more!) by the time my first year is out. Not too fussed about girth so much but I know I’ll inevitably gain that too along the way, just don’t have a set goal for it.

One last thing to add is that when I use the Bathmate, I go in at about 30% erect and pump all the way up until my piece feels very very full.

I had the thing on today and, whilst pumped to the max, I pulled out a tape measure and I was sitting at 8” (inside the pump).

This is really encouraging for me. I’m not that big yet but to know that I’m able to expand to that level is a good motivator.

I will keep a track of any progress or “things” here.

I’ll also log if I change my routine.

I’ve decided (as of yesterday) to stop jelqing to porn. I get wicked hard when I put some stuff on, then wait for it to subside and then start jelqing. When I feel myself going too soft, I tab back to the porn, get hard again, repeat.

Yesterday’s workout was ok. Focused more on stretches and bundled stretches than jelqing and BM. Still got a solid 13 mins of jelqing in though and my 2x5 BM. The Hercules sure is unforgiving on the old scrotum and penis base - the rings around the skin are real!

Nothing else to report at the moment.

Just got done with another session.

I’m currently sitting here with my hot wrap on.

A couple of things; one is arguably bad, the other is bad.

So, shown on the pic below, I’ve almost topped out the BM Hercules. I don’t know how in the heck I’ve nearly maxed it out seeing as I’m only 6.5" NBPEL but I measured in the BM again just now and I can now pump to 8.25". I’ll see how I get on but based on this alone, I may need a bigger model?

The second thing (the actual bad thing) is that I discovered these two little dark marks after removing the BM after my second minute round. I’m used to seeing the little red dots but this is new. Suffice to say I’m not best pleased. I’m going to avoid the BM now until they’re gone and just focus on stretching only for the rest of the week.

I only managed about 20-30% EQ when jelqing earlier too which was sad lol. I don’t know why but I just couldn’t get it up. A possible side effect of using porn?

Any input or advice to the above is appreciated.

I wouldn’t worry much about those spots. They are probably just bruises and as long as they aren’t recurring it shouldn’t be a problem. Did you use more vacuum than you’re used to? Can you provide your BPEL? NBP doesn’t say much about how long your penis is when comparing to in the pump.

Hey MDC, does BPEL have to be done standing up with the penis protruding straight out? (this is how I determined my NBPEL but not sure if this correct)

That sounds perfectly reasonable to do it the same as your NBPEL except you press the ruler against the pubic bone. The one thing I didn’t measure before starting PE was BPEL and I regret it until now.

Guys, I’m thinking about buying a cheap £10 extender from eBay to wear for an hour or two after PE, just to keep my penis in an extended for a period of time.
I’m not looking to add a lot of tension, just something that’s very mild but will keep the flaccid slightly elongated.
I realise that this will only contribute to the process minimally but is there any merit to keeping the penis in a slightly elongated state after PE?

Spent about 20 minutes yesterday evening doing some pretty intense stretches and bundled stretches but that was it (10 minute heat wrap before and after)
I measured my BPFSL after exercising and I hit a comfortable 8.25” (that’s with my hand behind the glans pulling it directly outwards; measured whilst standing up.

I came to the realisation last night that 8” NBPEL is not really my goal. If I reach it, I’m not suddenly going to stop PE. 8” is great, but when I look at the 9” mark on the tape measure, it sure looks awesome :D
I think 2.5” gain from my current NBPEL will be incredibly hard to achieve and is going to take years.

Countless members gained by using extender and just for curiosity this idea of healing while extended is backed up by surgeons. Of course, the damage we do is significantly less when compared to an actual chop-off surgery, but the logic is the same.

The challenge is to find how much of use you will need and which kind is most comfortable and stealthy.

Finished another session just now. I added a third BM set after my usual 2x5 mins. This time I pumped to only about 90% of my usual capacity and I used cold water.
So that’s 2 sets of 5 mins at full tilt and a third set of 5 mins, just short of max and with cold water.
Then the usual warm down with heat wrap.

I measured my girth again after this pumping session and hit 5.25”, an extra 0.25” more than my previous post pump measurement.
It’s fluid build up but still cool to see.

I am getting very close to maxing out the BM Hercules with length. Today I’d say that I was maybe 0.25” from hitting the end. I think another month or 2 and I may need to invest in a newer, bigger model?

Tomorrow is my day off, however I’m going to add a very gentle stretch sessions in as well as a whole bunch of heat wraps throughout the day.

The two purple spots have almost vanished now (one has gone entirely, the other has faded significantly).

I will measure my BPEL at some stage. I still struggled with EQ when jelqing today but I’m hoping this avoiding porn will bring the spark back.

Bed fowfers are now a thing too :D

Feeling pretty unwell so I ended up spending half an hour just doing some fairly aggressive stretching in all directions and that’s it. Warm up and down before and after but otherwise nothing else.

Hopefully it won’t be too much of a big deal.

Got the day off of work today so gonna get busy with a solid session in a few hours.

I’ve noticed that if I stretch for too long (especially bundled stretches) my EQ tanks a whole bunch. Does anyone know why this is?

Because you’re over stressing your penis. Back off a bit. No need to use a lot of force, this is a long term pursuit.
