Starting my PE journey in 2 weeks wish me luck

I would be starting now but, I am on deployment with another person in the room. So any tips and pointers that anyone has would be great.

Don’t worry, eskabar, just start a couple of weeks later. What is two weeks in a lifetime? I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. I used to do PE very irregularly, but since last month I do PE every day. I started with BPEL 7.55 / EG 5.15 / FL 5.7 / FG 4.9; wonder what it will be like in August or so. I wish you good luck!

Newbie routine is the best thing you can do now. Maybe try to take some before pics of your unit, even if you don’t post them, it will be a good reference later. Good luck with your progress.

Good luck on your PE journey :) Remember to take things very easy in the start, and warm-up properly, in order to avoid injuries.
