Just had my first Newbie Routine session. Feeling good about the way it went. Could use tips on how hard to grip while wet jelqing though. Also, anybody think it is a bad idea to start off with a BTC stretch substituted for manual? Thanks in advance.

Starting stats: BPEL - 150mm (5.9 in)
EG - 135mm (5.3 in)

In regard to your question. Just a a firm grip is required to ensure a reasonablae ‘pull’ is used to stretch your unit. The best way is to get used to doing the exercise reasonably easily, then increse the pressure as you become more experienced with how your penis is reacting to the pull.

Again do the manual exercise for a few sessions . To dive in to advanced routines is a quick way to injury. It’s the same with every exercise you do with your body. Easy first, then gradually increase the force.

That way you learn how much you can tolerate before damaging things.

This may just be paranoia, but then again, this is my cock we’re talking about; so I figure you can never be too careful. I’m having some weird feelings in my nether-regions. I forgot to photograph before the session, so I do not have anything to compare with, but it doesn’t seem like there is any major discoloration, etc. Something feels off though. Is this normal for starters? Is it ok to ice myself?

My concerns have melted away. Woke up with wood for the first time in a long while the other morning. Erection health is improving. I’m really looking forward to further results.
