Starting Measurements

Hi Guys. New here. Have heard about PE for quite a while now but haven’t really gotten serious about until now. I’m glad I found this place I don’t know about you guys, my flaccid size varies throughout the day, depending on the time of the day LOL. How do I know when the best time to do my starting measurements are? First thing in the morning? After a shower? Help!

I’d say that measuring consistently is probably more important than the time of day. That is, use the same ruler, same position, same time of day and same conditions, etc. I know that I’m always going to get a better flaccid measurement right out of the hot-tub than after a day out in the cold.
