I have posted here a few times, been doing PE for a little while now, a little on and off with the concistency.
I have yet to see gains, although I noticed results regarding EQ at first. Now I feel like my session has no impact what so ever. This has made me slack.
Tonight I decided I will start a controlled experiment (a “fresh start” so to speak). I have made out my first goals, which I think and hope will be possible to achieve within the summer.
I would very much like comments and hints, tips, tricks, and everything else that comes to mind from all you veterans which have made gains from PE.
For my first goal I would like to gain .82 in length and 0.6 in girth. From my reading on the site, this should be doable within spring, correct me if I´m wrong.
I will start off with the newbie routine (for the third time now) going 2 days on, 1 day off.
Oh, and does anyone have any thoughts on the effects of drinking alcohol, smoking, etc. In regards to PE?
