I’ve been a member for awhile and never had the time and dedication to be serious about PE. Now I am starting again because I hope this will be different! Lol. I wanted to know for the newbie routine can I sub the manual stretches for BTC stretch or not? I feel my penis is conditioned a little better then the average starting noob since I have done dry jelqs and stretches already in the past. I wanted to include like 1-2min clamping sessions every other day with my newbie routine. Any thoughts comments? Thanks guys. I have also really enjoyed the stories and information you guys have provided and think that this is a great forum full of people I could have a beer with.
