I’ve been a member for awhile and never had the time and dedication to be serious about PE. Now I am starting again because I hope this will be different! Lol. I wanted to know for the newbie routine can I sub the manual stretches for BTC stretch or not? I feel my penis is conditioned a little better then the average starting noob since I have done dry jelqs and stretches already in the past. I wanted to include like 1-2min clamping sessions every other day with my newbie routine. Any thoughts comments? Thanks guys. I have also really enjoyed the stories and information you guys have provided and think that this is a great forum full of people I could have a beer with.

I have only one thing to say. It is not important if you have a 1 min or 5 min clamp session. The thing is how the pressure is abnormally high when you clamp. So if your dick isn’t ready and you put too much pressure it can go very bad in a matter of seconds.

I agree and I’ve researched people’s experiences and methods. I have tried it in the past and I’ve done fine by that I mean doing 3 sets of 1min each. No blistering and so on as I think dry jelqs have helped strengthen my unit faster imo. I went and got the cable clamp and wrapped it with medical tape but I may try using the pipe insulation as discussed in another thread. Anyways I had no ill effects and this was not long ago. I just have been doing PE off and on too much but have seen the starting benefits such as better erections. I just need to be more dedicated! :-D

Very well said. That’s the thing that keeps me away from clamping too early.

Thanks for the responses. I wanted to know also does anyone happen to have answer for the first part of my question by chance? Can I sub BTC stretch instead of the 5min in each direction for manual stretches?
