Hi all. I’ve been going only for girth for a while now (6 months). I have made no gains. Jelqing and manual clamps continue to yield no results. I am going to start clamping again. I overdid it last time. Can someone come up with a good schedule for me. How many sets, minutes, etc. Thanks.

Sounds a lot like me. Eveyone will have different opinions but there are a lot of great threads on clamping here. The best thing to do is read as much as you can about clamping and also start slow and increase time or sets only when you’re ready.


Then: 5.63"x4.25" ---> Now: 6.50"x4.44"

Basically for sets and reps everyone’s different, but do what you can handle without hurting yourself. The resting is important; get at least a day’s rest after a heavy session. I see a lot of regimes that are 5 days on 2 days off. I’ve been doing bodybuilding for 3 years and if you did that with 1 muscle you’d see very little gains in size.

Granted PE is vastly different from bodybuilding, just my 2 cents. Recovery is the key; don’t overdo it.


Start; NBPEL: 6.0" EG: 4.4" (August, 2009)

Goal; NBPEL: 7.0" EG: 6.0"

Like you I started clamping again Here is my revised schedule hope it helps.

First I warm up with hot water in a cup.

Then I clamp For about 7 to 10 minutes.

Next I take a Shower and warm up again.

Now I jelq and do manuals with gel baby oil (good stuff even in the shower).

That routine is once a day in the morning with a day off when needed.

Well first warm up with a hot towel and then I think you should probably work up to doing the 3 sets of 10 minutes depending on how much time you were doing on manual clamping but yeah the standard clamping routine is 3 sets of 10 minutes but what I do is do a regular routine and then add a set at the end good luck.
