Starting clamping

I would like to start clamping but I have no idea what I need to make one. Can anyone tell the instructions and items required?

I’ve also read clamping stops BPEL? Seems to me it may stop length gains =/ but gives good girth gains

There is a tutorial here on how to clamping and you don’t need to make any device. You just have to spend few pennies on clamp

I have got some questions for you:

Have you finished your newbie routine?
What are your goals length or girth gain?
Clamping is very advance technique are you are up for it?

The turtling effect is when your penis retracts into your body and your flaccid is much smaller than normal. It reminds me of an old Seinfeld episode, where George Costanza was in his room changing clothes after swimming, and his friends girlfriend walks in and sees him naked.
