I have recently been wanting to get back into PE. My NBPEL is 6.25” and my erection girth is 5.25”-5.5” and varies, but I will assume the smaller for these purposes. I used to jelq and stretch which gave me some nice gains from where I started from. I would like to start back up again but have a few questions as I plan to do the same routines I used to. Are there any exercises that I should add in that may improve length faster and be permanent? Also any tips to prevent a full erection while I jelq, as I have been struggling with that unlike I used to.
