Starting back up after 2 week break, any tips

So from about late august to 2 weeks ago, I carried out my jelqing routine regularly. This consisted of 5 minute warmup, 30 second stretch in each direction x 2, and then 20 minutes of wet jelqing with overhand grip. My erection quality improved, but I never really saw any gains. I thought I had gained half an inch but I don’t think I was measuring correctly at the time. After not seeing any gains for.. Since I started really, I decided to take a “de-conditioning break”. My 2 weeks are up, and I am going to be starting back up again. Does anyone have any tips on how I can actually start to see some gains this time? I really am serious about this, but after seeing nothing length wise for 3 months, I begin to wonder where my efforts are going.

Maybe when you started you weren’t applying enough pressure to your manual stretches, and also you might want to up the number of stretches you are doing. Not necessarily adding new ones to the mix, just adding more sets to the ones you are doing now. In your post above there is also no mention of a warm-down after your workout, and this is something that I highly recommend after just to keep the blood flowing. Plus, it just feels damn good afterward. :thumbs:
