My penis is a little over 7 1/2 what routine can I do besides the newbie one

I need to make it thicker more than I need to make it longer

See a therapist and ask about body dysmorphia.

Hopefully you are aiming for 11.5 CENTIMETERS as inches would be a pretty ridiculous goal. You didn’t specify.
