After a long break from PE, (at least with goals) I have returned. I made pretty decent gains before, I’d say about 3/4 of an inch in length over the course of about 6 months, but I did not document well, or take good measurement photos. I am going to try to do it right this time. Although my measurement method is a bit unconventional.
I am using a pump for measurement, which may not show exact erect length, but it will show exact progress indication in cm. Using the pump seems to be more accurate for progress because I can ensure a full engorgement every time, whereas using a ruler, the quality of the erection has a definite effect on BPEL.
A further problem is that I tend to lose erection when I get close with the camera, (my dick is apparently camera shy) My current ruler BPEL is at exactly 7” while the cm measurement using the pump is just a touch past 19cm. I took photos this time, and I will chronicle my routine.

Dry jelq 5 minutes
Wet jelq 200 reps

Penis extender device (personal design, worn under clothing 1 to 2 hours at a time for 4-6 hours per day)

Massage, manual stretches 5 min

Sounds like an excellent (new) start.

One addition that I would suggest is to add some manual stretching to the morning routine (10-15 min) and extend the amount of manual stretches that you do in the evening to 15 min

Great gains! Before your long break, your routine was close to the one you are starting with?
I liked the idea of exercising on different times of the day, but as I am short in time, I have to do all at once.

Yes, I made a stretching device, with a noose design, that uses rubber bands for tension. My original gains were made, wearing that thing for about 4 hours a day, (or until the discomfort was too much). I was also dry jelqing for a minute or so every time I went to the bathroom and for a few minutes or so each time I shower (2 -3 times a day). When I wake up in the morning and before I go to sleep I do some discrete manual stretching in bed. Nothing crazy, as my wife is two feet away and doesn’t know what I am doing.

That’s nice, I will keep up with only manual exercises for the initial months, then see how it goes.


New measurements. After less than a month I have regained my losses plus some. I haven’t remeasured with the pump, but with a ruler my current BPEL is just under 7.5 inches. Right about 7 7/16. It seems crazy as I was right at 7 inches about a month ago. Last year, when I was enthusiastically following this routine, and using a similar stretching device I had gotten up to 7.25 inches. With several months off I had lost only 1/4 of an inch which is acceptable. My girth is also back up to 5.5 inches, which is the biggest it has ever been as well. This time around the stretcher that I made is much more comfortable and even less noticeable under clothing, which allows me to put in more hours per day. I am trying for 6 hours per day, with weekends off to recover. I am pretty excited. It seems funny that something so trivial can be so important to a man.
