Starting and stopping frequently?

Starting and stopping frequently?

Hey guys,

Wondering if stopping and starting PE (newbie routine) a lot has any potential negative effect on gains. I’ve tried to start a few times and last either a couple weeks to a few days and then have had some life, career, and moving stresses stop me a lot recently. Am I making it harder for myself to gain in the end?

You’re likely drawing it out but you are unlikely to actually be making it harder overall. But the more gaps, the less time you’re actually gaining. So that, unless you want to reach your goals after retirement age, is its own issue. *chuckles*

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

On that note, taking breaks (for a week?) every now and then is advisable to let gains develop, is that right?

Or is that specifically breaks from supplementary exercises?

Yes, breaks on a regular basis do let gains develop. It doesn’t matter from what PE Endeavor that you take a break from, any of them can take a benefit from a break from time to time.

Effective breaks are scheduled so you have an idea how much exercise or device use is effective and then after you reached that maximum effective threshold you take a break, decondition to let your body heal and create your gains. Also, that deconditioning period helps lower your resistance to exercise and device use so you can start again fresher and get more gains with less work. This theory has several iterations and it depends on who you ask as far as how they apply it.

There is no one true way.

Hi Darkengine

This question can probably not be answered in a general manner. Most of us have already been forced by circumstances like family holidays with missing privacy to make unplanned breaks without noticing positive or negative impacts. Therefore I guess the best answer is: it’s neutral in general and positive for recivery and healing.

I think that the weekly rest days are important, a lot in here make 1 or 2 rest days and I advocate to always make at least 2 rest days in sequence. In this, I support your statement of rest being beneficial for cementing growth, but I talk days and not weeks.

But there is a systematical answer that is a bit different. If you are in the gaining zone where you have undoubted growth, consistency is king. Therefore, breaking the rhythm would probably be leess favourable. I may precise that the second answer is valid only from a point of view of straightforward and mostly manual techniques (stretching, jelqing, even a but of pumping and clamping).

I know there is the theory of “confusing the dick” by sudden and frequent changes of methods. Doing volontary breaks can well be part of that. I personally consider that a real advanced technique which requires a lot of PE experience and deep knowledge about the own dick and his responses. As I do not consider myself advanced I never tried it.

Hope this helps

In my experience, gains only happen if you keep at it. Considering you’re trying to stretch the fibers of the penis beyond their limits, it just has never made sense to me to take a break and let those fibers heal and potentially recover (ie., bounce back to baseline). You’re not building muscle or trying to improve cardio here.

Some will discount the “breaks toughen the ligs and fibers” theory, but I’m a firm believer in it.

I hang for length (and girth) and a single day away always makes it tougher to get to fatigue the next time I PE, And, generally I have to jack the weight up the first couple of sets to get there too.

Take breaks if you need to. But, don’t use the idea that you’re promoting gains as an excuse to take a day off.

Among hangers, most of us agree that even a single short set per day is better than doing nothing at all. I can’t see how this is any different regardless of what techniques you’re using to make your penis bigger.

I always think of how ligaments and tendons that we don’t want to get overstretched become a chronic injury that requires surgery to repair them — when you don’t let them rest and heal.

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!
