Hi guys,

I am familiar with PE-ing but I did a long break for 2 years and went a little downhill with my physical condition, lost a lot of weight and the most important, my motivation to keep going (did drugs for a while, lots of drinking as well.)
Anyway, I decided to get myself back in shape and here I am again. So please guys, what would be the best possible routine for me to start, I already forgot everything. I saw the video section what will definitely come in handy, but please could you give me some basic effective routine to start with.

Hi tiktok.

Go to the top of the thread page here and click on the Newbie routine. That should give you all you need to get started and condition your penis , You should ba eble to make some gains using the Newbie routine. But don’t go mad at it. If things hurt you are overdoing it.

And just another small point, if I may.

We try to keep capitalised sentences out of the posts, as it very often is mistaken for aggression, or ordering people to do things. So members respond more to normal typing.

But have a look at linear newbie routine also.

As you are restarting after two years so first do some light routine then build it up to the standard newbie routine.


Started at :6.2"bpel; 5.0" mseg. Now at :6.8" sometimes 7.0"ish bpel; 5.0 mseg. Short term Goal: 7.5" bpel; 5.5" mseg. Ultimate Goal:8.0" Nbpel; 6.0"base and mid section EG

Kingpole is my motivation.
