I am familiar with PE-ing but I did a long break for 2 years and went a little downhill with my physical condition, lost a lot of weight and the most important, my motivation to keep going (did drugs for a while, lots of drinking as well.)
Anyway, I decided to get myself back in shape and here I am again. So please guys, what would be the best possible routine for me to start, I already forgot everything. I saw the video section what will definitely come in handy, but please could you give me some basic effective routine to start with.
