I stopped PEing for about 1 1/2 months due to lack of time. I wanted to get back into it again. What should I start up with? How many jelqs? Etc. How should I get started and how many days on and off?

Will I loose the gains I made? I have not measured yet and do not really want to.

I would start with the Newbie routine all over again.

If you haven’t lost the gains yet, you won’t by starting again.

Do it slow and do it whit some time, you ll get all you’re gains!just don’t overdo it since you didn’t work for a long time!And measure every 2 weeks!
