Starting aGAIN! Please help!
I started PE in January this year, stopped started again in March and appeared to be making some gains after a couple of months dedication. But i then developed a rash, a combination of excema and a fungal infection (brought on I think by my cocoa butter lube) which meant I had to stop.
After a while out of PE I still have my original gains, so I’m guessing they were down to poor measuring technique at the begnining. But now I want to start again and get some real gains. I’m going to start with the newbie routine, but with more kegels, an infa red lamp, proper lubricant, and build it up from there. I also had the idea of building a wench to make manual stretching easier and more effective (I’m not into hanging though!)
The problem is I’m going away for 2 weeks at the beginning of September with a group of guys, no chance of PE there. So is it worth doing PE for the one month I have before going away, or should I wait? It seems to me that it would be a month of effort wasted and I feel that stopping and starting PE cant at all be good for my dick and one day it’ll be so bashed up theres no chance of gains ever…
Anyones expertise or opinions on my problem or my routine would be appriciated!
I’m aiming for the (relativley cmpared to some) modest target of:
7.5 BPEL x 5 EG from:
7.1 BPEL (if I strain) x 4.3 EG (still straining!)
And where has the spell checker gone?
Current stats: 7.0 BPEL x 4.32+/- EG ¦ Current target : 7.0 x 4.75 ¦ Goal: 8 BPEL x 5.5 + EG
