I do 3 sets of 30 second stretches , btc , up , down , left , right , circular motion , dld blasters with a few seconds of milking between each set , this is done in a very hot shower , then afterwards cold water on my penis , i remember reading going from very hot to cold encourages the tissues to stay in a larger state . I do 80 slow wet jelqs with no formal warm up before , usually a between the thighs warm up , i do 2 on 1 off but on off days i alternate between the stretches or the jelqing only. Ive been getting great pi from this routine so far . I also do the occasional piss pull.

This routine lack something. I’d suggest the newbie routine. How long have you been on that?

Been off four months but was on three months prior , i started the newb routine and altered it. In what way do you think i should alter this routine ?

I’m trying to keep my penis from adapting to too much too quickly while still making gains. Time is an issue sometimes.
