starting again , opinions on routine
I do 3 sets of 30 second stretches , btc , up , down , left , right , circular motion , dld blasters with a few seconds of milking between each set , this is done in a very hot shower , then afterwards cold water on my penis , i remember reading going from very hot to cold encourages the tissues to stay in a larger state . I do 80 slow wet jelqs with no formal warm up before , usually a between the thighs warm up , i do 2 on 1 off but on off days i alternate between the stretches or the jelqing only. Ive been getting great pi from this routine so far . I also do the occasional piss pull.
