Starting Again, Need Advice

So my motives for starting up again are #1. I am 21 now. #2 I am getting some ED which I am attributing to when I overdid it maybe 3-4 years ago now.
Here’s the situation. Since I stopped all that time ago, due to a complete loss in ability to get erections, it has been up and down since. VERY rarely do I get 100% erections now, and my gf of 4 years has acknowledged it as well. It’s getting pretty irritating at this point, I mean I’m 21!

I have found that when I have also lost a lot of sensitivity, and find it incredibly hard to ejaculate from oral. The only pleasure I seem to get is that 2-3 seconds of ejaculation. I cannot get a 100% erection when masturbating either. It gets to 70-90% depending on the position. The only progress I have made is by masturbating less, and not watching nearly as much porn. This has allowed 80-90% morning woods again.

So here is my question.
Do I start the newbie routine and see how that goes, OR do I work on kegels to see if I can regain some EQ before I being the newbie routine.

if you don’t mind, what did you do years ago to overdue it and injure yourself that severely?

I just jumped ahead in my exercises. Too much too soon sort of thing. I was doing jelqs, stretches, kegels.

hmm, ok. i ask because i’m new and just getting started and wondering what you might have done to cause injury. as per your ed: i would probably focus on kegels a while…as far as i know no way you can possibly hurt yourself with kegels.

Have you thought about trying a very reduced newbie routine? Kegels will not hurt if you do a moderate amount if you PE or not.

I’m semi-surprised that PE 4 years ago still has such a negative impact. Have you sought medical advice? The fact that you get morning wood again when not masturbating excessively is a good sign. Is it possible that you have gotten into a negative cycle mentally about things and that this has an impact? How is your life in general? Are you fit/ healthy/ stressed/ a smoker/ a drinker/ a drug user/ etc.? It could be that your penis is just very sensitive to any stress put upon it. I don’t know.

Oh and don’t forget, from your statistics, you already have a big penis. Get you EQ sorted and you’ll be better than good to go.:)

Zowee, I am surprised myself, like I said things have been up and down (pun intended):p . At first I almost sought medical advice but then things became right again. You are probably on to something with the negative cycle. I do get stressed easily, but I have improved enormously in the past year. I smoke hookah, occasional drinker and 4/20 friendly. I am relatively fit and healthy, however the past 10 months have been rough. I am a serious soccer player, and I have a hip injury which has made me unable to play for the past 7 months. I will be getting surgery for this in a few weeks time. So that could be an underlying sub-conscious issue.

In regards to size, I am not to concerned with gaining at the moment, I am content with my size. I would just like to see 100% erections so that I am actually using my size. Haha.

So I guess I will focus on kegels for a while then and see what happens.

After you take a long break from pe spend about 10 days just edging for 30 minutes once a day. This will help open up blood vessels and encourage oxygenated blood to your penis. After that you make sure to warm up for ten minutes atleast. Pumping will help if performed correctly and encourage stronger blood flow and prevent blood clots from forming.

Ah, is bumping not allowed? Apologies. Just want some help :P. Well good news to post, did a set of kegels last night and I had a much harder erection today. The gf noticed a difference too. So I will keep up with that for a bit then move on to some jelqs to get a more uniform shape. Bit of a cone shape at the moment. 5.7ish towards the top and 6.1ish at the base.

TGD - can you elaborate on edging, I have tried before but found it incredibly tedious. How do you go edging?
