Starting Again - How to Focus on Girth

Hey guys,

I’m starting PE again after trying the newbie routine a couple times and falling off the wagon. Things are different now, and I plan to stick with it, but I want to make sure I’m approaching it correctly. I think I have the basics down, but I’d appreciate some advice related to my situation.

Measurements:
BPEL: 6.5”
MidEG: 4.75”
BaseEG: 4.5”

As you can see, I am a bit thin, with a mild baseball bat shape. My primary goal is to increase girth, even more so around the base. I want to gain some length as well, so I’d say my long term goal is something like, 7.5”x5.5”. Not sure if that’s realistic, but it’s what I’m starting towards.

I want to make sure before I begin, that I won’t be making my baseball bat shape worse. When starting each jelq, it feels like I’m not trapping a lot of blood in the base, compared to mid-shaft and higher, so I worry that my natural jelqing technique will cause things to get even more out of proportion. I have a bit of turkey neck as well, which seems to interfere a bit on my lower shaft.

My two main questions are:
1. Should I incorporate an extra exercise from the start to help my base girth gains, or just see where the newbie routine gets me after 6 weeks or so?
2. If just using the newbie routine, how can I optimize my jelqing to focus on, or at least not overlook, base girth?

Jelqing is known to cause baseball bat shape. It does not always happen, but certainly a possibility at any rate. The Jelq is not made for base girth. Really, no manual exercise is. And if you try pushing blood own on its own down into the base, it could hinder the length gains you seek. Word is, if you read certain places where penis shrinking is a thing (it’s like fetish out of this world) they describe the exercise for shrinking the penis as pushing the penis back down while mostly limp or something like that.

However. Many newbies experience certain levels of unpredictable tissue stretch and your base may or may not catch up with the rest as you jelq. I would worry about base girth last, as there are methods and devices that seem to help it well. The more important issue is a strong start and being consistent.

Complex theory doesn’t help newbies much, not at this stage of the journey.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I wouldn’t worry too much about girth at this stage. Focus on the Newbie routine so that you can condition your penis for the more intense exercises that goes with girth gains. Don’t worry too much about your baseball bat shape, I had the same, but it corrected itself over time. If it really bothers you, you can try a deep massage on your perineum (the area between your anus and balls) to try and gain some like that. I have seen gains like that. And you don’t need conditioning to do that. But for the rest, focus fist on the newbie routine so you don’t injure yourself.

In my opinion, TFG’s advice of the perineum massage is the way to go if you need an exercise which is specific for base girth. Just add it to the newbie routine between stretching and jelqing.

Thanks for the tip about perineum massage, you two. I’ll try it.

Do either of you know where to find more detail about it? There aren’t any main threads that I could find with instructions.

Is the idea to push towards the front and try to reveal more of your inner penis? Any direction on how to go about it would help.
