Starting again for the third time now...
As the title said, I just started PE exercises for the third time this past Monday night. The first time I did the exercises, I had great results (more frequent, harder erections, increased sex drive, etc) but then school got in the way. I didn’t have the time to dedicate to PE nor the energy. I didn’t think doing the exercises while tried would be benefitial at all. So I stopped and lost the results. I started earlier this year and ran into the same problems as the first time: school and being tired. After a good 3 month decon break, I had great penile health, rock hard erections, etc and I decided to start again since I have no school due to summer break. I had already gotten a bit of a boost in length and girth due to me losing 30 pounds but I want a bit more. What man doesn’t? :D
I was wondering if it’s ok to just jelq for maybe the first month or so to build up some penile health and then do the stretching exercises? I want to do the least amount of ‘damage’ possible. I already started off on the wrong foot. I couldn’t resist having a bit of ‘fun’ this morning when I told myself that I wasn’t going to do that….
